Wildcat Bluff has educational programs for school groups from pre-k through university level. We offer guided or solo hikes as well as programs related to the natural world around us - animals of the high plains, plants, and geology. We also offer programs related to the rich human history of the Bluff - your students can walk in the steps of the Santa Fe trail, learn about Quanah Parker and see where native bands may have found animals to hunt and places to rest.
We keep track of the TEKS and can help you find a program just right for your students that follows the curriculum guidelines you need.
High school teachers and University professors can find naturalist-led hikes that can be tailored to your student and course needs.
Please contact Wildcat Bluff at 806-352-6007 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your class needs or to book a field trip!
Fees are just $3 per student and your chaperones are free. We require a 10:1 ratio of chaperones for safety. Maximum of 30 students per program.
